A six-week-old teahouse in Seongsu, verified against 24 Korean-language blog posts.

The sign is in English, the map is not
The storefront reads "LOCHA TEAHOUSE" in English, but map apps will not find it under that name. Search for 로차티하우스 instead — copy and paste it.

They roast the leaves in the back
The tea is roasted on site. Several Korean reviewers mention noticing the smell before they were through the door. You can specify sweetness on the milk tea; ask, or you get the house default.

How long you will wait
Weekday afternoons, you walk straight in. Weekends run about twenty-five minutes. There is a second floor that fills up more slowly than the ground floor.
Getting there
Line 2 to Seongsu, exit 3, four minutes on foot. Head north, then right at the second corner. The block is all converted factory buildings, so it is easy to walk past.
